FEES

My payment policy is fee-for-service. Due to the recent setbacks in our economy many of us are struggling financially. I am offering a sliding scale fee to accommodate those clients who are in need of therapy and in financial difficulties. We will determine an appropriate fee for you before starting therapy based on your economic situation and needs.

FIRST MEETING

I accept all PPO insurances and am a network provider for:

If I am not a network provider with your particular insurance plan, I will file all claims on your behalf or if you prefer provide you with monthly statements that you may submit to your insurance to obtain reimbursements.
